How much does it cost to rent a container? 

Renting a container for the first time can be a stressful!  Here are some tips to make the process of renting a container stress-free:

Determine the size of the container you need based on the amount of items you need to dispose of or the size of the job.

We offer 10 -15 – 20 –  30 – 40 Cubic Yard Dumpster Rentals.  

With over 15 years of service we can assist you in choosing the perfect size to get the job completed.

Pricing Depends On Material

Concrete – Dirt – Rocks 

Disposal of any these above material we can offer a flat rate cost. for a 10 and 20 Cubic Yard Dumpster.

When disposing these material the container CAN NOT be contaminated with any other material. 

 Example: Roots, Grass, Garbage Bags, Demolition etc.

 Keeping the material clean will insure a flat rate price. 

Construction / Demolition  / Household Junk

The cost for renting a container with these material varies depending on the rented size and weight of the material being disposed of in the container.

When disposing of any these materials above we can offer the following Dumpster Sizes  10 – 15 – 20 – 30 – 40 Cubic Yards

• 10 YD $550.00 includes 2000lbs 
• 15YD $600.00 includes 2500lbs 
• 20 YD $650.00 includes 4000lbs 
• 30 YD $750.00 includes 5000lbs
• 40YD $1020.00 includes 7000lbs
• Additional weight is billed at 7.5¢ per lb.

Other Fees associated with the rental

• D.O.T. Street Permit $95.00 fee every 5 day’s 
• Toll Fee: $60.00 per trip

Tips For Renting in the 5 Boroughs

• Alternate side of the street parking makes it easier to reserve parking for the delivery and removal of the dumpster rental. 
• Four car spaces are required to be blocked off on the street prior to the delivery.
• Calling 311 can insure if street parking rules are in effect for the day of service.  
• Measuring the width and depth of the driveway is helpful to make a seamless delivery. 
• Keep in mind we need 10’ wide to accommodate for the truck when dropping the container in the driveway. 
• Narrow streets can be a problem but we can always find a solution that works. 
• We are unable to place containers in Fire Hydrant, No Standing or No Parking Zones. Fines will be issued by the city. 

How do I rent a Roll-Off Dumpster?

Once you have chosen the size, oders can be placed online through our easy online booking system. Or through email or text messaging

When will my dumpster be delivered?

Once we receive the completed order form we can have it delivered next day.

Our dispatcher will call the site contact around 5pm the day before to confirm the delivery.  

Do I have to be present for delivery and pickup?

No, you do not need to be present for delivery or pickup. We’ll take down detailed placement instructions when you order and instruct the driver to drop it off in your designated spot. When you’re done cleaning up, simply schedule a pickup online or email us at DumpsterDeals NYC@ gnmail.com. Just ensure there are no cars or other obstructions blocking the delivery area when our driver arrives. If we are unable drop or pick up the container once the truck arrives to the location a service fee will be charged. 

Can I order Additional or Multiple Dumpsters  

Yes, simply send an email or schedule through our online system so we can schedule the switch out for you. If you need a smaller or bigger size no worries just choose the size that works best. We can provide multiple containers at one job site.

Are there prohibited items?

Food waste is prohibited. 

Loading The Container.

All containers have a door so items can be walked in. The doors must be latched closed shut upon pick up. 

Overloaded Containers.

To avoid serious injury containers must be water level upon pick up. A service fee will be charged if we are unable to remove the container at the time of pick up.

How long are typical rental periods?

At Dumpster Deals NYC you can keep the container for as long as needed so your job runs uninterrupted. Our company does not require them to be returned in 10 days like most companies.

Will my dumpster be picked up automatically?

No, once you are done  loading the  dumpster, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with the location and date  to schedule the removal of the container.  We will call and confirm the day before around 5pm.  Keep in mind we will need 4 car spaces in front of the container in order for the truck to pull in and remove the container.
